Juliet Madumo

Juliet Madumo is an experienced social worker and performance coaching professional based in South Africa. She holds an Honours Degree in Social Work (University of South Africa, 2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Communication (University of South Africa, 2022), with additional certifications in Performance and Leadership Coaching and Positive Psychology.

Juliet has extensive experience in case work, psychosocial support, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), leadership coaching, community outreach, and family services. She has worked across NGOs, corporate organizations, government, and international humanitarian agencies, including the UNHCR Regional Bureau for Southern Africa. Her expertise includes individual and family counselling, stress and trauma management, grief support, addiction recovery, workplace wellness, and organizational capacity building. Juliet is committed to empowering individuals, fostering resilient communities, and advocating for vulnerable populations.
